About
For the people who hold communities together.
Behind every temple festival, church service, mosque programme and food drive is a small group of people giving their evenings to make it happen. CareGen is for them.

Why we built CareGen
We kept meeting committee members who did remarkable work and then spent their nights on receipts, spreadsheets and bank-in slips. The tools they could find were made for businesses or for other countries, charged a share of every donation, or didn't speak their community's language.
So we built a platform for Malaysia: FPX and DuitNow, ringgit, receipts in Chinese, Malay and English names, records kept in Malaysia, and a promise that donations will always be free.
Committees change. Every month CareGen prepares a pack your treasurer signs and your chair approves, so the next committee inherits a year of signed records, not a laptop and a password.
CareGen is being shaped together with a temple in the Klang Valley, and made by Genact AI Studio Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian software studio.
What we believe.
Giving belongs to the giver
Donations are free on CareGen, forever. We earn from the tools you choose, never from your community's generosity.
Honest numbers
Money received is not the same as good done. We show what was given, what's confirmed and what your team has written, and never invent impact.
Every faith, every language
Your community's words and traditions come first. We build for temples, churches, mosques, NGOs and associations alike.
Dignity in every detail
Hardship is never a sales tool. Private requests stay private, and people control what is shown about them.
Local by default
Ringgit, FPX, DuitNow, Malaysian hosting and Malaysian support.
