You only pay your payment provider's fee on each donation, and it's paid to the provider, not to us.

Payment provider fees (for example FPX or card fees) apply either way, so they're left out of both sides. The result uses only the numbers you enter.

Payment provider fees, explained.
Each payment is processed by the provider you connect. Their fee is deducted before the money reaches your account. CareGen adds nothing on top.

Is Giving really free forever?
Yes. Donation pages, QR giving, receipts and records for donations will never have a CareGen subscription or percentage fee. It's our promise to the organisations we serve.
So how does CareGen make money?
From the modules you choose to add, such as Website & CMS or Shop & services. You pay a flat monthly price for each, and only if you use them.
Do you take a cut of shop sales?
No. Shop & services is a flat RM69 a month with 0% CareGen fee on sales. Your payment provider's fee still applies to each payment.
Do you charge per user?
No. Invite your whole committee, your volunteers and your staff. Every plan includes unlimited team members.
Can we cancel a module?
Yes, any time. Monthly modules stop at the end of the month. Your records stay with you, and free Giving keeps working.
What does yearly billing cost?
Pay for ten months and get twelve. That's two months free on every module.
What about SST?
Prices shown exclude any tax that applies. Your invoice shows the full amount before you pay.
