Do you take a percentage of sales?
No. The module is a flat RM69 a month. Your payment provider charges its usual fee per payment; CareGen takes 0% of your sales.
Can we sell items that are collected later, such as blessings or ceremonies?
Yes. Services and ceremonies are their own item type, with the details you need and their own receipt series.
What if a visitor's phone runs out of battery?
Staff can find the order with the visitor's details and payment reference, check it was paid, and hand the item over. The old QR stops working when a new one is issued.
