My Giving is coming with CareGen's first organisations. Receipts you get now will be there when it opens.

Organisations never see each other
Only you see the full list. Each organisation sees only the gifts made to it, never where else you give.
One statement each January
On 5 January we email you a summary of last year's giving by organisation, with every receipt one tap away. The subject line never shows amounts.
About tax deductions
Only some organisations hold LHDN approval for tax-deductible receipts. My Giving shows each organisation's own receipt wording and approval reference when they've added one. CareGen doesn't decide what's deductible.

Questions from givers
Do I need an account to give?
No. You can give as a guest and get your receipt by email. My Giving is there whenever you want all your receipts together.
Why can't I see a gift I made by bank QR?
Gifts made by scanning an organisation's bank QR show as waiting until its treasurer matches them to the bank statement. Your receipt appears once it's confirmed.
Can an organisation turn My Giving off?
Yes. If it does, you still get your receipts by email as usual, and its gifts don't appear in My Giving.
How do I stop the January statement?
Use the link at the bottom of any statement email, or turn it off in My Giving.
