Stored in Malaysia
CareGen runs on Amazon Web Services in its Malaysia region. Your records, receipts and archives are kept there, in private storage that isn't open to the internet.
Encrypted, field by field
Personal details such as names, phone numbers and email addresses, private requests and your payment account keys are encrypted before they're written to the database. Each organisation has its own encryption key.
Records that can't be quietly changed
Payments, receipts and refunds are permanent. The database itself refuses edits. A correction is a new entry with a reason and the person who approved it, so your history always adds up.
The right people see the right things
Roles for owners, treasurers, editors, counter staff and volunteers. Private requests are visible only to the people assigned to them. Every sign-in and every change is logged.
We never hold your money
Payments are made on your provider's secure checkout and settle into your own merchant account. CareGen never sees card numbers or banking passwords.
Your data stays yours
Export your records whenever you like. Records are kept for ten years: the last two are instantly searchable, and older ones stay in an encrypted archive in Malaysia.
